Chiropractic care is an excellent investment in your overall health and well being. Because of this, it is our philosophy that available chiropractic benefits and financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the treatment that you need. It is our goal to make your care affordable. In an effort to assist you in meeting your chiropractic needs, our office offers the following payment options for your convenience:
Cash, Check Or Credit Card
We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards, including:
- American Express
We also offer healthcare financing through Care Credit®. Care Credit® payment options are an alternative to consumer credit cards, cash or checks – allowing you to pay over time instead of a lump sum prior to treatment. Call us to find out more about using Care Credit®.
Company Flex plan (FSA), HSA Plans
Flexible Spending Accounts or FSAs for short, are tax-advantaged benefit programs that allow employees to use pre-tax money to pay for eligible healthcare expenses.
You can include chiropractic fees you paid for yourself, as well as for someone who was your spouse or your dependent either when the services were provided or when you paid for them. For additional information, visit the Internal Revenue Service at IRS.gov.
What type of FSA covers chiropractic?
Chiropractic is covered by a ‘standard’ FSA and not by a limited purpose FSA. A limited purpose FSA can only be used for vision and dental expenses. A standard FSA covers all eligible medical expenses, including chiropractic treatments.
What is the difference between a FSA and a HSA?
Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are similar to FSAs except unspent funds roll over and accumulate year to year in an HSA. On the other hand FSA funds not used by the end of the year get taken away.
Your Insurance Benefits
Our office accepts most insurance plans. We will be happy to work with you in determining whether your insurance will cover your treatment. If your carrier does provide a benefit, we will assist you in filing your claim. All quoted chiropractic benefits are based on estimates provided to our office by your insurance and are provided to you as a courtesy. In the event that your insurance pays less than the estimated amount, you are responsible for the unpaid balance.
Please feel free to contact our office and we will answer any questions that you may have about any of the options listed above.
